 The system we use is installed in these steps:

1. Prepare the metal roof. This step includes making basic repairs such as ensuring metal panels are firmly fastened and any size holes are patched.

2. Clean the roof with a 4,200 PSI pressure washer and Rust Off to clean and break down rust and dirt.  

3. Prime entire roof. Encase metal primer is applied to the clean metal roof. This primer encases any remaining rust, helping prevent it from spreading and bleeding out of the coating in the future.

4. Seal all seams. Vertical and horizontal seams (areas where the panels come together) are covered with Spunflex ll fabric imbedded in basecoat to form a crack resistant waterproof seam.  

5. Seal all fasteners. All fasteners are sealed with a fastener grade Kwik Kaulk.

6. Seal all roof protrusions.

7. A white or colored (contact for color chart) topcoat is then applied to create a seamless coating over the entire roofing area. As the fluid applied system is sprayed. We apply it up the side of protrusions, across flashings and over every square inch. As the fluid dries, it forms a single layer. The lack of seams, combined with the durability of the coating is what makes this a true restoration process.
