The system we use is installed in these steps.
1. Clean Roof. Wash entire roof with 4,200 PSI pressor washer and WAC ll cleaner.
2. Prime Roof. Apply Prime Time/Tack Coat primer to roof area.
3. Seam and Detail. Basecoat is applied to seams with Spun Flex ll fabric imbedded.
4. Main Application. Basecoat is applied to roof surface with 38 in Spun Flex ll fabric imbedded. Seams overlap a minimum of 2".
5. Topcoat. A white topcoat is then applied, completing a fully seamless roof.
